I enjoy working with and meeting new people. I am very committed to helping clients find just the right location for their business to help them achieve their goals in both buying and leasing. I work with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants to assist in negotiating the sale, purchase, exchange or rental of commercial real estate.
Tenants come to me with an idea of how much space they need to start a business. They sign an agreement so I can act on their behalf to negotiate terms of the lease.
I work with landlords and building owners to help rent their vacant commercial properties.
It is rewarding to help someone who is starting a new business or expanding and growing an existing business by finding the best location for their business. I enjoy finding matches whether that means finding a buyer or finding a tenant who is the perfect fit for a commercial space. It is very rewarding to drive by a business a year later and see it up and running and doing well and know that I played a role in helping the business owner.
